Gross Domestic Product per capita (US $) and Mobile Phone Subscriptions per capita for selected countries. Data obtained directly from Reference [62]. U.S. dollar figures obtained by applying average annual exchange rates from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to the national currency for that year. Where such rates were unavailable, a World Bank or United Nations conversion rate was used.
